Yes, Aurifix is Lisa's familiar or fetch, a par of her nature with will and animation of its own. It started as a set of golden bonds, but later revealed itself to be a part of her, her draconic nature.

Aurifix
I'm also curious to the nature of Aurifix. Are the chains intelligent? Morphing? (etc...)

The look on her face suggests either outrage or defiance of some kind, if I'm seeing things right? Are those more cultists in the background? "Aurifix" seems like a pretty glorious name for a few chains--what's the story there? The sub-caption is quite enigmatic and suggests a more lengthy storyline. Hmmmm.

Is Aurifix the name of the golden bracelets? And what (if anything) do they do? Looks to me like they bind her, which is a good thing ;) Plus, I love the gag, and the look of surprise on her face, she doesn't look like she was expecting this!
