Ya know, the comments above ignore the channel and bowl. I think she's there to be "milked", and the frog-being is starting the flow.

It's an inspection

When a rancher purchases a horse, he looks in the mouth to check the teeth.. healthy teeth, healthy horse. I think that's what the frog is doing.. He just can't tell the front from the back.

This girl make a spendid alien. I wonder if this frog is the one that captured her, the one that mounted her in this display or a potential buyer that inspect the organic part of the display. To be honest he look more curious that naughty. It's maybe it first encounter with a human.
