Bug Tavern!
I think she is happy, because it is still light out there. When the night comes it will be a real torture for her to stand there. That lamp over her head will lure all the sticky mosquitos and other insects at her. She will be a one-person bug tavern. :(

Okay, real comments:
I'd guess she's happy because he's sharing his drink with her. If I were him, I'd take a sip, then kiss her, letting her drink from my lips. Well, that's how I do it with my wife, anyway.
Another point I love is how the two pillars are out in the open, easily seen, and made easily visible at night by it's own overhead lantern to illuminate the lady held there.

The Chaos Knight is a Chapion of Tzeench. The talons on the feet and the beaked head fit the Tzeench theme. Note that the helmet is too small to fit a normal human head.

Well, 603, I don't think it's a sonscious decision but it's not impossible.
On the other hand, Tzeentch's champios often have a beak-theme going.
