In this advanced society, family life largely collapses, & the society maintains numbers by importing clever, masterful men & submissive slavegirls. Robots, or magic, do most of the work, which is why the men need to be clever. I can see this slavegirl as a housekeeper & sex slave for the shopkeeper & his nephew, & proud of her job.
