Perhaps her consent is unnecessary. Maybe she feels that he has a right to use her and is comfortable with that. Maybe she would be offended at the idea of her consent being required.

I like this one, too. Her left fist is clenched, but her face doesn't look too distraught--is this supposed to be "non-consensual" or "all in good fun"? Your sketches are very effective in detailing the "important" elements while suggesting everything else. This is well-balanced and fun.
