Yes, Aurifix is Lisa's familiar or fetch, a par of her nature with will and animation of its own. It started as a set of golden bonds, but later revealed itself to be a part of her, her draconic nature.

I'm also curious to the nature of Aurifix. Are the chains intelligent? Morphing? (etc...)

The look on her face suggests either outrage or defiance of some kind, if I'm seeing things right? Are those more cultists in the background? "Aurifix" seems like a pretty glorious name for a few chains--what's the story there? The sub-caption is...
