I love this! the whole situation is so hot, and especially how she is bound, the inclusion of the mask makes it so much more strict. I wonder what she did to end up here?

Big mistakes

Perhaps she was a nun that refused to be naked. In order tempt and reveal the wicked for what they are, of course. Or she took pity on and allowed a bondage witch her freedom. Upsetting both her superiors and the witch.

What makes it particularly strict is not just that she's locked but also that nobody's ALLOWED to unlock her, and they know it. So there is no help coming.
