A thought just occured to me... how exactly did she manage to get cuffed in the first place? it doesn't seem as though anyone did it to her, and judging by her annoyance she prolly didn't do it to herself. Magical trap perhaps?

this dress reminds me of something i read in a clothing catalog: it called this style a "mermaid" dress; very tight and narrow from wiast to knees, then but flaring out below the knees. BTW, a dress that goes loosely straight down it called "column" style, and one that stuck out far in back was called "cathedral" style!
