Those who actually deserve punishment get various kinds of unsexy bad luck and misfortune.
This only works if the bonds are about to come loose anyway, but it always makes makes for a fetching show. The bonds may seem to loosen a little, just for encouragement.
In some cases the bunny girls bestow fluff bracelets without binding. For example to a trusted adventurer who helps defend them.
The fluff does not only provide heating but also body buffing in general, giving protection in lieu of armor which of course cannot be worn.
Inbetween adventures the Bunny Girls prefer the scary knight tied up and available.
The bracelets can be made to stick together when the time is right.
