Some gods and their followers has more firm ideas about what is proper than others. When Jehanne stole from one of the major temples in town, one of the things that upset its head priest the most was that she had disguised herself as a man to do it.
Since he did not catch her with the stolen goods, he could not punish her for that, but he could be inventive when it came to punishing her for entering the temple in improper clothes. So, he had a cunning dwarf artificer make a set of magic rings that would enforce some very specific rules, and used his divine powers to force her to wear them.
The rings made sure that she would have to reveal enough of her body to show everybody that she was female; she would never be able to masquerade as a man again. If she tried to hide her anatomy in covering clothes, or sneak around unseen, the rings would pull her limbs into positions that would counter this, and freeze in place, magically immobilizing her for a sufficiently long time to serve as punishment.
Background story.
Despite all this she keeps her bold demeanor and refuses to play the victim.
Her fangirl Giselle is suitably impressed.
A dragon-themed festival is in full swing to keep the Princess* entertained while waiting for the dragon to arrive.

With her new unremovable magic armor set, she has had no choice but to continue her adventuring career naked, as it doesn't allow her to wear anything else. It does provide her with enough magic enhancement to make her one of the strongest adventurers in town, able to take on the toughest missions solo.
The hobgoblin marauders are quickly dispatched, and their captive bunny girl is freed. She is excited to hear about her friend Clover being in town.
Toryx can't help but wonder about the sudden abundance of bunny girls. Before meeting Clover she didn't even know they existed.
Clover had used her enchanted handcuffs as a convenient excuse to remain naked, claiming they prevented her from wearing clothes. She had even convinced Toryx to cast an Exploding Clothes spell on her. Toryx had developed the spell herself by analyzing the properties of her armor.
For Orlena, an ambitious cleric of a permissive and chaotic religion this seemed preferable to months of adventuring.
At midnight Orlena was fastened to the altar at the open air holy site, held fast by an effigy the Holy Sentinel Fledermaus itself.
Her pose was rather embarrassing, held completely helpless wit spread legs, wearing only a white shift. Not long into the ritual the bishop himself ripped it off her.
Orlena was very aware of her visibility at the torchlit site, but at least only a few high ranking priests and their attendants were present. It should be over soon enough, right?
The ritual was unexpectedly successful as the spirit of The Holy Sentinel Fledermaus descended to take possession of the statue holding Orlena. Being an inanimate statue, the Fledermaus wanted Orlena as its mouthpiece and would not let go of her.
The Holy Site now had a resident living saint and became a widely known, attracting both pilgrims and wondrous creatures from far and wide.
Orlena dinged Bishop level the very first night and has gotten a lot more experience since then.
The people may think what they like, but when the queen's paladin Alwyn defeated the vile dragon that had terrorized the land, they wouldn't make an issue of the heroine's appearance.
Try as she might to dress decently, the queen's magic geas keeps exposing her.

The slaver travels light. He can't carry more than one slave, but he has enough bondage gear to leave captives for later pickup.
"I'll use this Drow-made sticky-thread rope. It's soft and comfy, but it can't be cut. It can only be dissolved with a unique solvent."
"A key to your collar is in safekeeping at the Slaver's Exchange back in Magnimar. Your buyer can get it by quoting the number on the lock and paying the buyout price. Be sure to inform everybody of this, especially if they look wealthy."
"The chain isn't particularly magical but the collar is kept magically enlarged while within a chain length of that statue which I chose as focus point for the spell. You'd want to unlock it to remove it safely before it regains its original size. Damaging the collar may break the enchantment."
"This wayside holy site can conjure up food and drink in the little shrine by the road here. You just need to pray properly at the altar over there. I'm sure you can figure out ways to make a fertility god happy. I have provided you with a very generous length of chain."

"I'll provide instructions to the buyer. Don't worry about it."
