So how does one get the attention of the Witchsilver Mage? Does he have a regular hunting ground one might linger in?

The bond of the hands reminds me of Dwarven Jewelry. But I do not expect this victim to get far away on its own. Very nice picture. :)

The crossed wrists and the seamless design do look like dwarven jewelry, makes me very happy i can buy and wear Eloina's cuffs in SL. But this is not the work of a craftsman. A good enough design for an effective trap. I wonder, was she naked when the trap was sprung? Did 2 metallic nets pounce her and remove her clothing as they searched for and found her wrists and ankles? A lack of collar implies shes new, she'll wonder how she lived without one.

I agree that the cuffs look like the work of dwarves...
and I suggest that the cuffs include a 'clothes destroying' charm, as used on Eloina.

Clothes destroying enchant would be a simple solution :)
Images the path is unseasonably hot and humid with dust blowing and sticking to everything. She happens upon a lush green landscape with a beautiful crystal pond. She cant help but to bath. Walking out of the water, she finds a nice place to sit crosslegged, dry in the sun and enjoy the view. Only now she notices her predicament. Hair dry but matted, arms bound since before she left the water.
