Some gods and their followers has more firm ideas about what is proper than others. When Jehanne stole from one of the major temples in town, one of the things that upset its head priest the most was that she had disguised herself as a man to do it.
Since he did not catch her with the stolen goods, he could not punish her for that, but he could be inventive when it came to punishing her for entering the temple in improper clothes. So, he had a cunning dwarf artificer make a set of magic rings that would enforce some very specific rules, and used his divine powers to force her to wear them.
The rings made sure that she would have to reveal enough of her body to show everybody that she was female; she would never be able to masquerade as a man again. If she tried to hide her anatomy in covering clothes, or sneak around unseen, the rings would pull her limbs into positions that would counter this, and freeze in place, magically immobilizing her for a sufficiently long time to serve as punishment.
Background story.
Despite all this she keeps her bold demeanor and refuses to play the victim.
Her fangirl Giselle is suitably impressed.
A dragon-themed festival is in full swing to keep the Princess* entertained while waiting for the dragon to arrive.
*The title comes with the job.

Doing post-graduate biology research, Aurora Falk joined an international, interdisciplinary team investigating some very strange discoveries in the jungles of Guatemala.
The discoveries included some primordial artifacts made of a mysterious morphing memory metal. Some of these appeared like human-sized jewelry and Aurora tried them on.
Of course this caused the dormant powers to activate and they locked themselves on her, binding her hands.
The artifacts could not be removed by any means known to science. Wearing them sharpened Aurora's senses to such an extent that even wearing clothes became unbearable. After shedding her protective layer she became supernaturally aware of all life around her and she felt promises of even stranger powers.
Her own Magical Girl transformation doesn't make things any easier.
Yngvild was undeterred. She set about using her diplomatic skills to find new allies among the forest's magical creatures.

The Space Buddy is an intelligent amorphous entity, not from the stars, but from a fourth spatial dimension. Its body extends into the fourth dimension making it effectively indestructible and giving it the ability to seemingly grow and shrink at will. It can extend tentacles of incredible strength.
The Buddy needs a sentient host to anchor it in our dimension, which to its 4-D senses is paper-thin and hard to align with properly. The host needs to be physically controlled for Buddy to hold on its grip on our reality.
By connecting to the Earth's Noosphere it has become attracted to human females, leading to its choice of Jonna to be its anchor. The Buddy is basically benevolent and lends Jonna incredible super powers to help protect her existence. For example, it has awareness of what goes on in distant places and can teleport there, carrying Jonna by using its tentacles.
After a burst of activity it needs to replenish its energy for some time. Sexy stuff may inspire it to recharge faster.
First order of business is to gain some mass by absorbing clothing, starting with the most important parts.
The creature is helpful and friendly as long as it gets to keep Lyssa naked and tied up.

What Went Before
The slaver travels light. He can't carry more than one slave, but he has enough bondage gear to leave captives for later pickup.
"I'll use this Drow-made sticky-thread rope. It's soft and comfy, but it can't be cut. It can only be dissolved with a unique solvent."
"A key to your collar is in safekeeping at the Slaver's Exchange back in Magnimar. Your buyer can get it by quoting the number on the lock and paying the buyout price. Be sure to inform everybody of this, especially if they look wealthy."
"The chain isn't particularly magical but the collar is kept magically enlarged while within a chain length of that statue which I chose as focus point for the spell. You'd want to unlock it to remove it safely before it regains its original size. Damaging the collar may break the enchantment."
"This wayside holy site can conjure up food and drink in the little shrine by the road here. You just need to pray properly at the altar over there. I'm sure you can figure out ways to make a fertility god happy. I have provided you with a very generous length of chain."
'What about the Drow solvent?'
"I'll provide instructions to the buyer. Don't worry about it."

The ropes and gag seem to have been absorbed by the self-replicating metallic nano-substance her team was working on.
Is this a plot to blackmail her for control of the counteragent to the nanites?
She was tied up wearing bra and panties, and the self-replicating nanites used that non-living matter for raw material. The nanite activity persisted in those areas, generating heat while awaiting more material to convert.
For Orlena, an ambitious cleric of a permissive and chaotic religion this seemed preferable to months of adventuring.
At midnight Orlena was fastened to the altar at the open air holy site, held fast by an effigy the Holy Sentinel Fledermaus itself.
Her pose was rather embarrassing, held completely helpless wit spread legs, wearing only a white shift. Not long into the ritual the bishop himself ripped it off her.
Orlena was very aware of her visibility at the torchlit site, but at least only a few high ranking priests and their attendants were present. It should be over soon enough, right?
The ritual was unexpectedly successful as the spirit of The Holy Sentinel Fledermaus descended to take possession of the statue holding Orlena. Being an inanimate statue, the Fledermaus wanted Orlena as its mouthpiece and would not let go of her.
The Holy Site now had a resident living saint and became a widely known, attracting both pilgrims and wondrous creatures from far and wide.
Orlena dinged Bishop level the very first night and has gotten a lot more experience since then.
The Animated Rope seems both willful and persistent and the Internalized Clockwork Cat's Purr Emulator turns out to be surprisingly pleasurable.
Nothing to do but head to Candlekeep, where skilled arcanists could try to get a handle on this newly created artifact.
The Artificer's trusty Steel Defender provided transportation, while Ouro the Bard added festivity to the procession. Cyrille herself had mixed feelings about her success.
Cyrille herself has mixed feelings about the situation, she's certainly proud of her invention such a strong enchantment, but she'd rather be the researcher than the specimen.
In the inn Ouro and Cyrille stages a performance, and the Nekomancer sees them and their audience as excellent candidates for some of her trademark chaos and mayhem.
First, she uses some of her cursed invisibility spheres to make strategic parts of the audience clothes completely transparent, singling out the cutest persons. Then she starts using Suggestion on Ouro, influencing her to sex up the performance, while making Ouro's skirt equally invisible.
Cyrille quickly notices that something is wrong, and looks for the culprit, but the Nekomancer does not want anyone interfering with her fun. She puts an invisible forcefield gag in Cyrille's mouth to stop her communicating with Ouro, as the latter is now completely focused on sexy stuff and wants to have a completely different performance with Cyrille. But as Cyrille still tries to find help, The Necomancer ties her with equally invisible bonds, dropping her to the floor.
But Cyrille still has a trump card up her (tied) sleeve. She calls in her Little Helper homunculus, and it finds the hidden Nekomancer. At this point the cuprit decides to skip the scene, but ends with a final taunt: a note nailed to the exit door: "Only a Cat can end the Curse".
So, Cyrille is safely bound at this point, and Ouro only has playing with Cyrille on her mind, but much later Ouro finally manages to collect her mind and realise what the note meant. Fortunately, Ouro has both the "Alter Self" and the "Remove Curse" spells, so she can take on the appearance of a catgirl and then remove the curses one by one. Unfortunately for Cyrille, Ouro has a very limited numer of spells per day, and she started with the audience first, saving Cyrille for last. But Ouro really liked playing with Cyrille, so not all was bad.
While ske and her friend Ouro thought they had figured out a way to beat the magic, they still had to wait a day for Ouro's powers to recharge.
Plenty of time for Cyrille to ponder the possibilities of this fascinating enchantment, while Ouro gets ready to distract her.
But when Ouro and Cyrille visited, this wood needed one more enchantment; it needed to be soaked in a magical spring high up in the mountain, and the witch was unable to travel there herself.
Hernia had recently come into the possession of a magical broom, picked up by a traveling trader at a place where there had been some unspecified commotion, the nature of which the trader refused to specify.
The problem was that neither the trader nor Hernia were able to make the broom fly. However, as Hernia knew that Cyrille was an expert on magical items, if she was able to start the broom, then Hernia was willing to let them borrow it.
Well, Cyrille figured that the weird holes in the broom handle seemed to fit someone’s neck, wrists and ankles like a restraint, and Ouro noticed that at the end of the handle was a cat-girl insignia, the sign of the fabled Nekomancer. And the girls knew that only a cat-girl could control the cursed items the Nekomancer left behind.
So, once Ouro used the Alter Self spell to turn into a cat-girl, and Cyrille stuck herself into the cursed restraints, then the magical broom started flying. Now it was only a matter of finding the enchanted spring…
"Hello Illyana. It's alright. I'm testing the security of my portable pillory prototype. It's great! I totally can't escape."
"Why are you here, naked, doing that?"
"Well, I couldn't get dressed with this thing on, but I didn't want to miss pub night, so I'm continuing the trials here. Go ahead and try to free me. I don't think you can, even with magic."
The people may think what they like, but when the queen's paladin Alwyn defeated the vile dragon that had terrorized the land, they wouldn't make an issue of the heroine's appearance.
Try as she might to dress decently, the queen's magic geas keeps exposing her.
The intruders casually fondled her for a while before exiting the room, leaving her flopped down on the floor. And then they were just gone. She couldn't hear any sound of their movement or the opening and closing of doors.
She lay motionless in the semi-darkness, straining her ears, but the only sound she could hear was the faint ticking of the grandfather clock in the hallway.
