Not sure there is an official answer to how the ribbon was tied there... Lisa can be telekinetic, but at this point is still unsure of her abilities. Her main strength is more in the telepathy/charm area. Then again, dragons have very clever tounges. Or, more mundanely, he could have released her to groom herself... Not nearly as much fun

Any chance we'll get to read the story behind this? We still don't know anything about Lisa except what we can guess form the images we've seen so far. Not that they aren't great images mind you......
