A pubic bow is a nice idea, as is blonde pubic hair. I suggest a pubic bow for Ariel in Xmas Special.

Not sure there is an official answer to how the ribbon was tied there... Lisa can be telekinetic, but at this point is still unsure of her abilities. Her main strength is more in the telepathy/charm area. Then again, dragons have very clever tounges. Or, more mundanely, he could have released her to groom herself... Not nearly as much fun
