Actually, this drawing does really well as the title page for this section, like the five-minute "prologue" to a film. The young woman is dragged through the trees, chained to the sacrificial "post," and left alone by the misguided, selfish, and thoroughly evil "servant"-woman. Just as the scene ends and the opening credits begin, we hear the approach of some sinister beast/person through the trees, and the girl strains to catch a glimpse of it/him. And then...

I think her expression is a result of the imps licking and tickling her feet. Of course, I could be wrong here. I like how she's tethered in place for the "spectators" in the background--the length of chain recedes from the picture.

*Chuckle* At this point maybe she's slightly relieved that her legs are chained so tightly together. Of course, the way he's looking at her and gripping that ladder-frame, I think he'll have his "bullish" way with her. Is this the minotaur propagation of species at work? He doesn't seem too... The look on her face suggests either outrage or defiance of some kind, if I'm seeing things right? Are those more cultists in the background? "Aurifix" seems like a pretty glorious name for a few chains--what's the story there? The sub-caption is quite enigmatic and suggests a more lengthy storyline. Hmmmm.

And another question: How did she come to this? I don't assume she's in Hell, because the trees in the back are only moderately stunted. Is this before Vargo snatches her for some magic-draining "man-handling," or is it after that and before she's "sacrificed" to the dragon? Hmmmmmm.

Can imps be hurt by dragon fire? Hmmmmm. So, here's a question: If Lisa's magic is sexual in nature, is this going to activate it, augment it, cancel it, corrupt it, or are the imps just having a good time at her... "expense"? Personally, I love the picture and could go for any of them.
