Reminds me a bit of the costume from Kekkou Kamen. The explanation is better than Kekkou's backstory, what I remember of it.

The old rules
Prancing in the pink cloak, the required color for the female students, she giggles at how she was still able to remain exposed. A distraction and the center of attention. But the old rules mandate that corporal punishment be invoked for any uniform violations. Such as, failure to wear the matching 5 inch pink heels with white socks or protective shoes while using sports equipment. While she demonstrates that she can easily kick well over her head, the instructors draw lots. A matching pink bottom is in her immediate future.

Remainded me of the setsu ninjas, they also have to learn to use their feet for everything in order to wear all day their battle armor which restrain their arms to increase the strength of their legs. Great work! It looks accurate.

My favorite-
Of all the pictures in your gallery, my favorites are the ones of the girls (trying) to live their lives in complete normalcy, despite being in bondage. It always seems the girls are long past the point of fretting over their plights, and have decided to just accept things as they are.
