I love the mood here. What if these girls were the upper class, dressed up in extravagantly beautiful jewelry and chains and forced into slavery because its the glamorous thing to do. You don't need control over your life to feel pretentious and superior to the lower classes. Maybe in this society noble status is given to the most beautiful women who are then given the privileged life of a harem where they have masters to attend to them, bathe them, and tighten the chains now and then.

If she can teleport into such a position, can't they also teleport her out? Then quickly brace and reinforce the pillar? Also, they should easily be able to cover her up for her modesty (or is nudity not taboo?). I could see the predicament lasting at most a few hours; just leaving her there is ridiculous.
