A legendary organization. It is uncertain if it is even a corporation, but it is definitely not a gang. It used to be featured in historical drama series on TV twenty years ago, but then the fad faded. In these dramas, City Hall was very mysterious, sometimes altruistic, sometimes cruelly repressive, but always different and less materialistic than other corporations.
Their logo is a golden capital C surrounded by a laurel wreath.
