A rather cliché bar. Smoky and a bit on the dark side. Loud music, frenzied dancing, wheeling and dealing by the fixers and crooks of Block23. Furniture made by Resilplax and steel. Drinks and drugs are plentiful and of high quality, hence it's not very cheap.
