A Grav Race term. Power Ups are places on the racetrack that gives vehicles additional speed, power or weaonry. Clearly Technomagical in origin.
Phoenix experienced a Power Up first hand during Day at the Races. This was like a Power Surge, it filled her with power and fired all her nerves, so she ended up all ecstatic.
It is suspected that Power Ups are fueled from Power Lines, but nothing is proven yet.
