Psionics appear to be a random effect of grafting cyberware to living humans. The reasons for this are unknown, but Psionics only manifest in indivuduals with strong personalities. As a result, Psiborgs are rare and powerful. Many corporation would love to get their hand on psionic test subjects.
Rules: Only named characters can become Psiborgs
