A conduit of pure power, in the form of both electricity and chi. SoniaWhight thinks this is a funnel for drawing out chi energy out of the denizens of Dark City. It seems to be related to D-Kore.
So far, only one Power Line has been discovered. Reality is weak here, and we had our first encounter with a Technodemon here.
