Dark City

Pinnacle Technologies was one of the premier manufacturer of cybernetics. An unusally large number of their subjects became Psiborgs. Pinnacle was destroyed during a hostile takeover attempt by one of their larger rivals. The current holder of their technological secrets is unknown.

Pinnacle Technologies are the creators of the Phoenix Psiborg.
