The Chosen One is a beautiful female abomination. She seems to have developed aracnowave mutaions spontaneously or through the exposure to arcanowave radiation.
Grey eyes, a slim build and very, very long black hair.
Occasionally displays superhuman strength. She is held in a cage in the abandoned Pinnacle Technologies building where she is worshipped by cultists.
