Dark City

Phoenix has no limbs, and Sonia Wight has to repair her. Phoenix wants a set of new, fast legs, and the best labs are only available at the

MotorballCircuit. Phoenix must become a motorball star!

Using her connections at Qirex Kombinat, Sonia Wight gets Phoenix into the league, but only into a junior league. It turns out that motorball is a low-down sport for working class people, far less glamorous than the life of an Idol Driver.

Phoenix winns her race, and there is no demonic intervention. The reigning champion, Dragon, thinks Phoenix cheated, and seems to turn into some sort of nemesis.
