Dark City

Power Lines are conduits of pure power, in the form of both electricity and chi. Sonia Wight thinks this is a funnel for drawing out Chi Energy out of the denizens of Dark City. It seems to be related to D-Kore.

So far, only one Power Line has been discovered. Reality is weak here, and Our Heroines had their first encounter with a Technodemon there.
