Dark City

Name used by corporations for people of talent that are not tied to any corporation. Many are Technomages, Psiborgs or otherwise use Chi Energy.

These are dangerous, but also hireable and deniable and thus usuable. They are cheap compared to company assets.

The Men In Black have standing orders to apprehend Rogue Assets, but the corporations themselves to not seem to think this is a high priority, unless some executive takes a personal intrest or hears of a Rogue Assets that fits the profile for a job or research project.

All Our Heroines can be considered Rogue Assets.
