Levels much below Level 51, where the real slum begins and living conditions are horrible.
People on the Corporate Levels generally consider everything below level 50 to be Slum Levels, and Level 51 to be a good, reasonably safe place to go slumming. The people of Level 51 denies this, but maketheir living off it.
