Ah, good to see more of this series. She does have a plate of food, but no water that I see. Perhaps an idea, give her a fountain shaped like a cock she needs to suckle on to get water.

Followup
Now this is an image that suits so well for a followup of her predicaments.
Could be that someone spied on her and will make use of her bound helplessness.
She could have picked the wrong place, behind those bars is perhaps a tentacle monster or a load of snakes.
Or some female pixies find her, one running off with the key while others play with her, perhaps doodle on her naked form.
