As the guy who commissioned it, I can tell you that the chained girl is the factol of a new faction (since the free league always claims it's no faction) that concerns psychic powers. The girl behind her is a druid wearing a chaos armour, and is parading her factol around the city.

See, that's just it. In some pics it appears like Scarlett is Sophia's "prisoner" yet in other's she's almost like a "friendly adventurer type". Thinking about it, I'd have to say Scarlett was delivered to Sophia's convent for some "cleansing", but Sophia seen a use in having a bondage witch around. the Convent having forbid this would of course expell her making her the "Renegade Nun" and Mercenary she is today. Scarlett on the other hand is a complete mystery...
