Very interesting.
I'm not a big fan of the stereotype of bad guys always coming out on top at the end of bondage stories, so I'll just chime in with a follow-up :) I hope you don't mind, KiTA.
The aliens have no concept of punishment or retribution so they won't act directly against the villain. In fact her motives are too low for their comprehension.
One possible scenario: After a while (days, weeks, more?) the aliens monitoring Janice notice some unhappiness with her situation. They gate in some more girls to the logging camp to harvest this treasure trove of speedily delivered genetic material.
Janice is then teleported somewhere else where her presence will probably cause serious problems for Amanda.
To make myself clear: I'm not asking for a re-write of the story, which is nicely rounded-off. I'm just speculating on what might happen afterwards.

- Well, there are many ways things could go wrong for Amanda. The board of business people could decide not to declare Janice unfit to run the company -- in that instance Amanda would have guessed right and Janice would be attending board meetings while being propped up and lewdly displayed, for example, while Amanda is stuck supporting her as a glorified assistant. Or, when Amanda goes to deliver Janice to the logging operation in Canada, she finds herself far from civilization and in a prime position to be captured by a glue trap that Janice creates, leaving both Janice AND Amanda stuck at this logging camp as Receptor girls. The board of directors, not liking either woman that much, leaves them both trapped to their fate.
- There's also the question of Larry, who probably doesn't believe or trust Amanda. And Amanda likely doesn't have as many friends on the board of directors as she thinks. If Janice suddenly found herself back from Canada, she might be able to communicate with Larry and the people on the board of directors -- especially once the receptor girl situation is better known. Amanda may very well come into work one day with a very angry Janice awaiting her.
- The R&D department is also a kind of wildcard. While I doubt the aliens would appreciate scientists from Earth trying to study the nanites, a Janice having returned to her company would no doubt have R&D working on them -- and they may need a test subject -- Amanda.
- Like most of these I had a specific scenario in mind that I extrapolated the story from -- this one was "A woman in a business suit, looking down at a rival turned Receptor girl and laughing, tormenting her by abusing the clothing destroying part of the nanites over and over again."
- The idea of an older / out of shape woman being turned young and healthy as part of being turned into a Receptor girl was also in the front of my mind here.

- Ah, but is it a body mod? Here is my thought process:
- 1. The Nanites heal all damage and prevent aging. (I am unsure as to how far this goes, although I imagine a girl's scars or long term illnesses would vanish too.)
- 2. Obesity and Age are both forms of damage.
- 3. Therefore, an older, slightly overweight woman with nanites installed would, over the course of a week or two, become a thin, young woman again.
- The aliens can prevent aging in humans, so they probably can in themselves as well -- to the point that they probably have trouble understanding the concept, exactly. Age is just a strange form of wear and tear damage that humans have happen to them over the years, so fixing it would be simple. Perhaps an alien who accidentally captures someone like Janice would look past her current physical appearance to her genetic and mental scans?
