Phoenix and Sonia Wight go out looking for demon clues. Psiborg Isobel shows up and starts to flirt with Phoenix, who is not very enthusiastic about it. Together they spot a pair of City Hall workmen coming out of a maintenance hatch. Talking to them or even reading their minds produces little result, so we move down the hatch to investigate.
