A gang that uses magic. Secretive. More or less a Cult Gang, but a Coven Gang is usually smaller and composed of magicans rather than normal street people. Hunted by Men In Black and other corporate agents.
Some other gangs take the name coven, because it is dangerous and exotic. The Dominatrix Coven is a Coven Gang.
