Issues

• 'Call' sets the pet to 'Follow anybody' when it should come to the caller
• When carrying:
  • Float higher when following
  • Faster following
  • Low, invisible prim for ground collision
• Private menus(?)
• Camera:
  • Handle sim crossings
• Fix pet collision. Push doesn't seem to work.
