Meanwhile, Alexandra continues to watch over Camille Reichenbach and Sonia Wight spends time cleaning up Psiborg Isobel's appartment. She orders some extra-strong bondage equipment in case there is need for an excorcism - still unuse what Demon Beta has done to Psiborg Isobel.
Phoenix convinces James Davenport of the seriousness of the situation, and a plan is formed. Phoenix will act as bait for Demon Beta, moving the potential battle site out of the office. Sonia Wight moved to the site, meeting Helena King from City Hall. Now three factions were facing off - the Men in Black (from City Hall), the Men in White (from Ascension Corp) and the Men in Brown (actually demons serving Demon Beta).
All hell broke loose, and Demon Beta managed to capture Phoenix and make her an offer she might well refuse - teach it the power to destroy worlds and live happily for her natural lifespan, or be horribly killed.
Sonia Wight tracked Demon Beta's progress from Psiborg Isobel's appartment, meanwhile trying to seduce Isobel into a little bondage, exorcism or no - and failed miserably as Isobel had to go back on duty. Determined to work off her frustrations on something harmless, she and Alexandra now plan to take a ride down to the Underlevels and rescue Phoenix.
