These get high on modifying themselves. They use Cyber Tech and Arcanowave Tech to max themselves out, as if striving to become nonhuman. This usually makes them violent and unpredictabe in the extreme. A Booster Gang rarely has an agenda, but their need for cash makes them easy to fire for anyone with cash or mods to spare.
