This is the happening place to be on Level 51. Here all the cool, dangerous, greedy, sexy, wealthy and wannabe people hang out. Sector 23 is where adventurers hang out, and the employers and fate seeks them out. Bars, brothels, gambling houses, fighting arenas, Motorball Circuits, discos and drugdens are all available freely. If you can pay for it, you can get it here. If you can't pay you might still get it, but you won't like it...
