Strip control

• Prevent removing clothing from specified positions
• Toggle no detach on all attachments with the unStrippableClothing script

Issues

• unStrippableClothing script listens to channels 43-45 only
• Make a "Magic Channel" 42 that's even more basic than Basic Channel

RLV Issues

No remove clothing is removed by using 'wear all' the HUD itself should be no detach when protecting clothes
