One of the main Level Chutes of Dark City, and a huge Power Line. Chute 404 runns through entertainment and upper-class residential areas; on Level 51, this is Sector 23. This Level Chute is used for much more inter-level traffic, so the areas close to the chute are cosmopolitan and full of fortune-seekers from lower levels and slummers from higher levels.
