Dark City

D-Kore seem to be a very old, perhaps even eternal organization that maintain the Power Line project and thus taps the Chi generated by Dark City. Our Heroines encountered a

DeeCore Power Line during Drop Zone.

Mistress Alexandra vaguely recalls that a Booster Gang eliminated a Cult Gang known as D-Kore some years ago, when she was a kid.
