Monster trafficking
The monster trafficking scheme is working better than expected. These unpaid migrant workers are lured in with promises of hot naked elf maidens. But they will have to protect the towns dungeon from heavily armed tomb raiders. Most of which are merciless males. JK, Grigbertz verse. The mostly female raiders will find that the true treasure is the Dwarven jewelry that gets locked onto their helpless, naked bodies. Armor and weapons that is found was taken from previous raiders. Captured raiders are used as monster bait before being sold at the towns auction. Some are sold with their gear to raiders who need party members. The raiders gamble that they will win treasure and fame. Surely they won't end up on the auction block, surely they won't fail, surely the girl that has her back is not addicted to being captured and sold. It's a gamble but as the town says,the house always wins.

Actually dexterity enhancement makes sense.
As much as we like to see restrained damsels, we also like to see them wriggling around, testing how much the restraints limit them (and theoretically trying to wriggle themselves free) and getting enhanced dexterity will enable them to wriggle in an aesthetically pleasing way.
